Procadres International Suisse announces its integration into NIM Europe, a key European player and specialised interim management unit for the Menway group. Procadres International Suisse, a pioneer more than 10 years ago, has made progress the practice of interim management in Switzerland.
Growing activity, transition management consists of entrusting the management of an entity, a function or a project to an experienced operational manager, for a limited period of time, to remedy a management gap or address transformation situations.
Through this operation between the two companies, Procadres Suisse joins the Menway group, which is active in multiple HR practice services in France and Luxembourg. Through Nim Europe, Procadres is expanding its accessible talent pool with more than 12’000 transitional managers, built since 2001 and with a strong presence in the border regions of Switzerland, which will support companies with flexible leadership needs. Thus, the company intends to consolidate and strengthen support for Swiss customers by relying on solid synergies and offer ever more personalised solutions, targeted as closely as possible to the needs of organisations.
In addition, the experience of the twenty partners of Nim Europe will be a beneficial accelerator for the clients of Procadres Suisse both from a point of view of the sectoral tools than methodological tools specific to interim management. Finally, via Nim Europe, Procadres Switzerland has access to a global international network to support Swiss multinationals globally.
