6. Purpose of personal data processing

The data collected is used to assess your professional capacities and is processed by computer in order to register you with our database of candidates and to facilitate your connection with potential clients.

 Your data is collected to assure you of the quality of our commercial relations in a confidential manner, to keep you regularly informed about our services, to send you information relating to our sector of activity and our company (Newsletter and information emails).

7. Recipients of personal data

The data collected are intended to be used by Procadres.
Some of your data may be communicated to any judicial and administrative authorities who may request it, as well as to technical or service providers in particular, where such third-party provider shall not have the right to use the data provided for purposes other than the purpose for which the data is entrusted to them and/or for the sole needs of the execution of the service.

Procadres collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the law. The processing carried out by Procadres has explicit, legitimate and well-defined purposes. In order to respect your privacy, your personal data is kept for a period of 24 months from the date of its submission.

However, Procadres does not control all risks of intrusion by way of piracy or inherent in the operation and use of the Internet, and for which Procadres may not be held responsible.

In accordance with the applicable regulations, you have the right to access, rectify and delete personal data concerning your person, a right to restrict processing, as well as a right of objection and a right to the portability of the data you have entrusted to Procadres.

12. Data transfer outside Switzerla  nd and the European Union

Procadres may transfer personal data abroad to countries which are not members of the European Union and the European Economic Area, only subject to having obtained the specific agreement from the data subjects and for client files located outside these regions.
